Return, Refund and Replacement

  • Returns applicable only if the end user receive incorrect product / damaged product during transit / manifacturing defective products. The same should be brought to our notice immediately through whatsapp / call with pictures +919094138036 .
  • In this case, BCOS Its Silver will replace the defective or incorrect product upon receiving the exisiting ones from the end user, Return pick up can be arranged by BCOS Its Silver upon request*
  • If in case, BCOS Its Silver fail to replace with the correct product, it may happen in single stock product, end user may choose either refund the product cost or buy some other product of the same worth. Refund or taking some other product can happen upon receiving the incorrect / defective product from the end user
  • To avoid returns, we always suggest customers to write to enquiry@bcositssilver.com or artee.manifattura@gmail.com with the product code for more pictures before ordering any product
  • Return products need to be received by BCOS Its Silver within 7 days upon the dispute. Failing, the product will no longer be applicable for return / replacement
  • Returns are not applicable and not encouraged in case you don`t like the product, it doesn`t suit your face, not matching to your clothes or for any other reason.
