International Shipping – Friendly Note

Once we receive your international order, we take around 5–7 working days to process and ship it. After dispatch, delivery usually takes 12–15 working days, depending on your country and its customs procedures. Please note that any delay caused by customs is beyond our control.

If there are any Customs Duty, VAT, or import charges, these will need to be paid by the customer. Unfortunately, we are unable to take responsibility for these additional charges.

Working days do not include weekends or public holidays and may vary depending on your location.

BCOS Its Silver takes care of all required customs documentation from India. once the parcel has been shipped, it is handled by international courier and customs authorities, 

For transparency, all international parcels are packed with a parcel closing video. Please note that customs officials may open the package for inspection and reseal it as per their procedure.

As international orders involve overseas shipping, no cancellation, modification, replacement, refund, or exchange will be possible once the order is placed.
