If required, we will gold plate it at extra charge (Charges will be according to the products and current rate) we need 20 days time to gold plate the jewelry and dispatch from the next day of the product received in our hand. As of now we gold plate only the jewelry purchased from us at extra charges.
All our gold plated jewelries are plated with pure gold, we do not do copper plating / Nickel plating.

We do not wish to operate like a regular pawn brokers / jewellers hence we do not exchange used items/articles or coins or any silver products for that matter.
- Store in a zip lock cover and then in air tight plastic box.
- Use fragrance 30 minutes before wearing the Jewelry.
- No water or sweat. Sweat is something unavoidable. In that case use plain 100% cotton cloth OR Polishing cloth (white) which we use to wipe spectacles, gently damp the sweat out of the Jewelry. Leave in air for 5-8 minutes and seal it in zip lock cover and store it in plastic box.
- Leaving in air overnight will turn the silver to get oxidized which is usual process in silver jewelry.
- Do not roll / place the jewelry in clothes as when you take it out chances of getting damaged.
- Jewelry like guttapusalu / stone jewelries which is overloaded with pearls and stones need to be handled with utmost care and cautious.
- Dropping of any jewelry will definitely cause damage, immediately rectify it with the local vendor or send it back to us, we would be happy to rectify it at extra charge and this process normally will take 25 to 30 days. Note : Time duration cannot be compromised

As you know, we at BCOS Its Silver make only handcrafted products resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from the other. This is not a flaw. We do not accept returns/refunds/exchange in this case.
The gold plating tends to fade out soon in the areas of screws and loops, we have triple level of quality check, all these will be checked before sending the product but still the plating on the screw part is unavoidable for this reason returns/exchange/refund not considered.
Returns applicable only if the end user receive incorrect product / damaged product during transit. The same should be brought to our notice within 8 hours of the delivery along with an UNPACKING VIDEO if its being returned for transit damage, STRICTLY, WE DO NOT ACCEPT TRANSIT DAMAGE ISSUE WITHOUT UNPACKING VIDEO. You may send it through whatsapp with pictures & videos to email@example.com within 8 hours upon receiving, anything beyond 8 hours the product is not eligible for returns. If you are out of town or for any reason, kindly ask someone on behalf of you to do the same upon receiving the shipment.

If the return has been approved (case to case basis), the product to be shipped & delivered to us within 3 working days for an exchange or replacement. Please make a note that if the product is of single quantity, you may ask for repair or you can replace it with some other product of same value from our ready stock items. We do not provide refunds for any reason, instead you may opt for discount coupon for the order value or credit note with 30 days validity.
THE PRODUCT SHOULD BE RETURNED IN ORIGINAL PACKING WITH ALL THE ADD ONS IF IN CASE YOU RECEIVE ALONG WITH THE SHIPMENT LIKE GIFT COUPONS, CARE INSTRUCTIONS MANUAL, INVOICE ETC.
IF OUR QUALITY TEAM FOUND THAT THE JEWELRY HAS BEEN USED, IT WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN/REFUND/EXCHANGE/REPLACEMENT.
THE USED PRODUCT WILL BE SENT BACK TO YOU AS COD WHEREIN YOU WILL BE PAYING THE COURIER CHARGES WHILE COLLECTING THE SAME.
Return shipping to be borne by you, we do not provide pick up facilities.
Returns, exchange, refund or replacement is not eligible if you feel the size is small or big, to avoid this please go through the model wearing pictures and sizes mentioned in the description before buying
Returns or exchange are not eligible due to size or color issues, please make a note that we at BCOS Its Silver try our level best to click pictures of the products in its original color. However, please note that there may be slight color variation in stones and in over all jewelry look, hence this reason is not eligible for returns or exchange or replacement or refund. To avoid this, we suggest our customers to ping us in whatsapp +91 90941 38036 to get real look of the product before ordering.
International orders : Though we do secure packing, every single overseas shipments will go through stringent customs checking in which the parcel will be opened and sealed again, in rare cases, there are chances to get damaged in this case, if the links are not broken it is easily fixable and the same to be bring in to our notice and we will guide you or you need to take a local jewelers help to fix the same. We do not provide exchange or replacement or refund in this case. However, if you still want to get exchanged or replaced for different products, you need to send the product in original packing at your own expenses within 7 working days to us.
We do not provide refunds for any reason, instead you may opt for discount coupon for the order value or credit note with 30 days validity.

Cancellation of an order :
Once order placed, irrespective of the duration of the order placed, cancellation is not accepted. Hence, please double check before ordering.
If you still want to cancel an order, you can opt either to exchange of products for the value placed or as a discount coupon / credit note which is valid for 30 days. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED.
Cancellation of Duplicate Order : (same order placed twice)
If in case of duplicate order, if the payment has been through twice, the cancellation will be considered and the refund will be initiated the way you have paid. Refund may take working days to reflect in your account. In this case, email to email@example.com. Please make a note that if there is any payment gateway charges occurred the same will be deducted and then refunded. If the order has been shipped out already then shipping and return charges wil be deducted while refunding. Hence, in case of duplicate orders kindly bring it to our notice with immediate effect
General Note : Discount coupon or credit notes cannot be splitted into multiple discount coupons or credit notes. Whatever order value that is placed will have in single discount coupon / credit note. If any exchange or returns, the same will be processed in 7 working days.
Within India : Upon receiving the order, we take 1 working days to process and ship-out. Based on the location anywhere between 1 to 5 working days delivery duration.
International : Upon receiving the order, we take 2 - 3 working days to process and ship-out based on the location anywhere between 25 working days to 30 working days delivery duration. There maybe delay in customs, so kindly plan your purchase
