Frequently Asked Questions
Every piece is crafted in 925 sterling silver — 92.5% pure silver, the certified hallmark standard. All our jewellery is Indian-made and handcrafted. Each product name carries the 925 designation, so you always know exactly what you're buying.
The gold finish is applied over a solid 925 silver base — giving you the look of gold jewellery at a fraction of the cost. The plating goes through a triple-level quality check before dispatch. Apply perfume before wearing (not after), avoid water and sweat contact, and store in the zip-lock pouch provided.
Yes. Since the base is pure 925 silver — not base metal or alloy — it is far less likely to cause skin reactions. Silver is naturally hypoallergenic. Those with sensitive skin or nickel allergies typically find 925 silver comfortable for extended wear.
All jewellery at BCOS Its Silver is entirely handcrafted — so each piece carries subtle, natural variations. This is intentional Indian artisanship, not a defect. If you want to see a piece before ordering, WhatsApp +91 90941 38036 — we'll show you the product live.
